Brilliant Restore is made for extreme temperatures and can be applied to a wet or dry car. This product contains contains high-grade carnauba wax and non abrasive pumices. Use the product to remove light oxidation and water spots to get your paint clean, waxed and polished. We recommend Brilliant Restore for older surfaces.
