Q. Will this product scratch my car?

A. So Brilliant arranged for independent testing of their waterless wash and polish product by CSIRO, Australia's national science agency to determine whether it would harm the paint surface. CSIRO concluded that after 80 cleans over a 40 day period there was no visual change to the surface condition of the car panel.

If you use So Brilliant Waterless Car Wash in accordance with our directions the compounds and lubricating agents contained within our product work together to ensure it does not scratch.

We recommend only using high quality microfibre cloths when applying and polishing with our products. These cloths are super soft and the fibers soak up the dirt and liquid and leave a very clean and shiny finish.

So Brilliant's Waterless products contain special compounds that act as surfactants. Surfactants lower the surface tension of a liquid. Soaps and some components of detergents are typical surfactants. These special compounds wet the surface and surround the dirt particles. By surrounding the dirt particles, the paint is protected from scratching. After you spray the waterless car wash product on the surface you are cleaning, the dirt is encapsulated in the liquid and the microfibre cloth traps the dirt inside of it.

Use a second cloth to buff to leave a shiny finish.

This is a water-based, easy-to-use wipe on, wipe off waterless car wash product. It does not have wax or pumice in it so it will clean and maintain the shine on your car over long periods. So Brilliant Restore waterless car wash should be used for older cars. It contains high-grade carnauba wax, and non abrasive pumice. This product will remove light oxidation and water spots on windows, paint and plastic. It is water-based, non-toxic and non hazardous.

So Brilliant's waterless car wash products can be used almost anywhere, anytime within its limitations. You can use it in the sun or in the shade, but the shade is preferred. The surface can be wet or dry, but cannot be excessively gritty, muddy or have caked on sand. Brilliant Enhance can be used on non-porous and porous surfaces,
